Our Puppy Placement Process

                    Since we only breed a few litters per year we carefully screen all the families that inquire about our litters.  We ask as part of this process your first step is to fill out the Questionnaire below.  We will review your Questionnaire and then call or email you back to set up a phone interview.  It is during this questionnaire and phone or personal interview that we determine if one of our puppies is right  for you and your family.

                   Step 3.. Upon Approval and Request fill out our Puppy Deposit Contract .  We accept Deposit's by Personal Check, Money order, or Credit Cards through  PayPal.com. Click below to pay.

Puppy Adoption Information

When purchasing a puppy from us a deposit of $300.00 is due upfront to hold your puppy.  When making this payment you must forward your Puppy Deposit Contract via email or mailed to officially hold your picks.  This payment is directly applied towards the total amount due on your puppy.  The only additional charge we will add is the applicable 7% New Jersey Sales Tax.   All deposits are non-refundable unless, we fail to provide the puppy that has been requested. Under this circumstance you may choose to have your deposit refunded or transferred to the next available litter. If the puppy you have requested is not available in the current litter, you may choose to place your deposit on the next available puppy of your preference.
 

Once your deposit is accepted we will provide you with weekly updates on your puppy in the form of emails, video's and pictures.  We know how exciting purchasing a puppy can be for you and your family so we love to share in that joy with you.  If you are interested in visiting your puppy while they are here they are available for visits right around seven weeks old. It is at this time that they have been Veterinary cleared, had their first shot, and are very socially aware of everything going on around them.   Please understand that we do this to protect our puppies and ensure they are the healthiest when they begin to go home.  Please feel free to email or call to schedule an appointment to visit your puppy after that time.  Our puppies are available to go home when they reach 8 weeks old and when placing your deposit you will be advised of the go home day. 

As the puppies begin to be weaned from their mother we introduce them to Purina Pro Plan Adult and Puppy Food.  As they continue to grow in your home we suggest you place them on any "Large Breed formula". They are also partially potty trained when you pick them up as they will be introduced to the outdoors (weather and season permitting) from at week six and of course while they are here they will receive lots of love.

The medical care that your puppy will receive while in our care is very important to us. All of our puppies are Initially examined by our Vet in our home during the first 72hrs after whelping. This examination is to ensure mom and puppies are all healthy. They will be dewormed every two weeks while they are here as well as receive a weekly bath and nail clipping.  At six weeks of age each of the puppies are again examined by our veterinarian and given then we give their initial booster shot, Frontline dosage, and heartworm dosage.  We want to ensure our puppies go home with everything they need to start their new lives.  All of this is documented in your puppy’s chart and a copy of this information is provided to you when you pick up your puppy.

Raising quality puppies is a priority to us.

Once we announce the "go home" day for your litter if you cannot pick your puppy up on this scheduled day please let us know.  We are more then glad to keep the puppies a few additional days, for a nominal fee, until you are your family are prepared to bring them home.   We have no problem holding your puppy until your family is ready for them but we must make a nominal charge to cover our expenses during this time.  If in the event your puppy stays longer and is due for an additional set of shots we can have this done for you at our Vet and add this fee on to your final balance.

All puppies are sold with a AKC Limited Registration . The understanding and time that goes into raising a litter of puppies is something that we take very serious so we do not give full registration.  If you are a established breeder and interested in one of our puppies please contact us.  We have certain criteria when requesting Full Registration.  For those who are not aware an AKC Limited Registration is for families that are looking for AKC Registered Family pet, that you can do obedience, rally and hunt trials with but will will not be able to register any litters that your dog or bitch may produce.  In your puppy packet on go home day is all the available paperwork to register your pup with the American Kennel Club.

$85.00 Mileage - This is my mileage to and from the Vet for Veterinary Clearance as well as to and from the Airport

$55.00 Veterinary Clearance - There is an additional visit to the Vet within 48 hours prior to flight to ensure the puppy is certified healthy for flight.
